Born and raised in Melbourne, Sam brings warmth, care, and a genuine love for working with people to her role at JR Property. With close to two decades of experience in real estate, complemented by time working as a legal secretary, Sam combines strong organisational skills with an approachable, client-first mindset.

As Executive Assistant to Director Ryan Wallace, Sam is an integral part of a close-knit team alongside Ryan and Sarah James. Her role is a balanced blend of high-level administration and hands-on, client-facing support, allowing her to be involved at every stage of the sales journey.

From preparing homes for sale and coordinating marketing, through to managing the details post-sale, Sam takes pride in ensuring the entire process runs smoothly. She is known for building strong relationships with clients, offering reassurance, clear communication, and practical support to make what can be a significant and emotional time feel seamless and stress-free.

Outside of work, Sam leads an active lifestyle through running, gym, and Pilates. She loves discovering great food and is a passionate supporter of her beloved AFL team Collingwood.
